This project was commissioned to design the cover of an academic publication for the University of Granada. It features an illustrated pattern inspired by Greek Dark Age pottery, reinterpreted through a contemporary and delicate visual language.
Based on an Attic geometric krater (c. 770 BC) from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the design combines geometric forms, animal motifs, and a refined colour palette.
The process involved historical research, hand sketching, and digital development.
